Here are Rules & Regulations for you to adhere to failier to do so will have an effect on your security bond being returned in full .
0. Please note there is strictly No BBQ’s to be used on the caravan site. This is Rules and Regulations of the caravan site. It is the Hirers conduct of his/her guests and family to adhere to the terms and conditions in failing to do so your holiday will be terminated and evicted from the holiday home with immediate affect .
1. .The holiday caravan assigned to the Hirer may be used only for holiday purposes and will NOT be used for sleeping more persons than the number of berths indicated by the proprietor. By exceeding the number of berths will void any caravan insurances and you will be evicted from your accommodation and any charges that occur invoiced to you.
2. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of his/her guests and family and shall take steps to ensure that their behaviour does not cause a nuisance, inconvenience or disturbance to other occupiers or cause damage to property belonging to the proprietor or such other occupiers.
3. The Hirer agrees to indemnify the proprietor in respect of any damage caused to the proprietor’s property or to the property of third parties and against personal injury caused by the Hirer or members of the Hirer’s party. The Hirer must give notification of any damage to us as soon as possible.
4. The Hirer’s vehicle is parked entirely at his/her risk and the proprietor is under no liability whatsoever in respect of any damage caused by or to the vehicle from whatever cause or for the loss or damage to articles left there in.
5. The Hirer will will not permit or suffer anything to be done which would endanger any policies of insurance which the proprietor has effected in respect of its business as a caravan park proprietor.
6. All refuse or litter is to be deposited in the refuse bins provided and the are surrounding the caravan is to be kept in a clean and tidy condition, please ensure when departing the caravan that it is left in a “Clean and Tidy State” cooker and surfaces, kitchen cupboard doors (if required) wiped down,carpets and floor cleaned,toilet /bathroom cleaned,bins emptied and wiped over,bedroom units wiped over,living room units wiped over,all mirrors cleaned and any kitchen ware used is to be cleaned and put away in correct place.
7. If cooker stained after use Please Do Not Scrub at the Hob just wipe over to your best & we will throughly clean it .
8. We hold a Strict Policy to a No Bleach or Products containing Bleach in them, in breach of these Terms and Conditions the proprietor reserves the right to demand additional charges and loss of Bond when bleach damage has occurred .
9. There will be cleaning Products supplied for the Hirer to conduct, leaving the Holiday Home “Clean and Tidy” in the Cleaning Bond in Terms and Conditions . Failure to do so will affect the return of Full Security Bond.
10. Cleaning Rules and Regulation will be stated in the Holiday Home and also in the Folder provided in the caravan.
11. £75 none- refundable deposit is required to secure the requested holiday dates and is none refundable on all cancelations.of booking dates of the caravan, the full balance must be received 6 weeks before the Holiday to comence (arrival date) failure todo so may impact on the agreed holiday costs and any applied discount. We have the right to cancel any bookings if the balance is not paid 6 weeks before arrival as per the cancellation policy contained with in.
12. No commercial vehicles will be allowed on the park.
13. Please ensure that if you smoke any form of tobacco or use a vape machine ,that it is done outside with doors/windows closed and all waste is in the ashtray provided and Emptied and washed clean upon departure and put back under the caravan.
Cancellation Policy
14. If for any reason you cancel your holiday or finding hardship to pay for booked holiday you may transfer your payments to a later date failure to do this all money’s paid in will be lost .
The proprietor reserves the right to cancel any holiday without prior notice, if beach of terms and conditions are broken due to payment plan payments not meeting agreed terms and conditions ,if agreed a apayment plan with the propietor upon booking holiday theses terms and conditions are to be adhered to , you have a binding contract between yourself and the proprietor to keep to the agreed arrangements made, if for any instance failier to do so with out regular contact with the propriotor we have the rights to cancel any holidays booked and its on a no moneys returned policy. Any false information given for booking may result in holiday being cancelled on a no money return policy.
If your holiday is cancelled during your booked holiday dates due to breach in terms and conditions then no money will be refunded.
If you have to cancel you’re your holiday you must telephone us the first instance and notify us in writing within 5 working days . All money’s will be lost depending on Discrepancy of circumstances .
If holiday is not paid in full by 6 weeks prior to holiday all money’s paid will be lost .
15. Bookings cannot be accepted from single sex parties, Group bookings requiring multiple caravans or parties of under 21 years old.
16. A Cleaning & Damage Bond is required of £75 in addition to the Holiday costs, if the caravan is found to be in a Clean & Tidy condition after your departure a full refund of the Bond will be issued. Full Balance including Bond is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
17. We do supply pillows and quilts and upon request or included in holiday package bed linen, hand towels and tea towels will be supplied but we do not supply the following items, Bath Towels . Bed linen may be hired at a low fee if not included in holiday package.
18. Please make sure if your toddler is night time toilet training you bring your own waterproof mattress protector . This is a condition on your Cleaning and Damage Bond.
19. The proprietor will not be liable to the Hirer nor his/her guests or any dependants for any injury or loss or damage to any property however caused.
20. In the event of any breach of theses terms and conditions by the Hirer the Proprietor shall be entitled to give the Hirer and his/her guests and/ or family immediate notice to vacate the caravan and leave the park, and to charge any expenses incurred in doing so.
21. Our Holiday Home is a Strictly No Pet Policy if the Hirer is to breach the Terms and Conditions the Proprietor shall be entitled to give the Hirer and his/her guests and/or family immediate notice to vacate the caravan and leave the park, and to charge any expenses in doing so.
22. If for any reason you are not happy with the holiday home upon arrival or Damaged,Broken or Dirty items are seen, these “MUST” Be reported on first day of occupancy! This is to ensure that the Hirer is not held responsible for anything that is seen after the Hirer has departed when the Holiday Home is cleaned, checked and inventoried. If anything is reported that requires immediate resolution, we must be given the opportunity to resolve the problems, you agree to give us 24 hours to resolve issues. If you do not accept the resolution we offer and decide to terminate your holiday, this must be done on the first day of occupancy and no refund will be given.
23. The Arrival Time is NO earlier than 4pm on your first day of occupancy (unless arranged with proprietor). Departure Time on the last day of occupancy is NO later than 10am.
24. Your Vehicle’s are Strictly forbidden and are NOT to be parked by your caravan there is designated Parking bays for vehicles . YOU will loose your Bond if you break theses rules and may accrue further £100 charge from Coastfields caravan Holiday Village.
25. Once the booking form has been sent, confirmed and deposit received any changes to numbers of guests or any booking information updates will be charged at £5 per update propriotors descresion.
26. Any discounts given at the time of booking and subject to the balance being paid as per agreed Terms and Conditions,failure to pay the Balance in accordance to the Terms and Conditions will result in any discount being removed and the Full amount of the holiday costs being required. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if the Balance is not paid 6 weeks before arrival as per the cancellation policy contained within.
operate a fair usage policy, Please Do Not leave the Gas Central Heating System and Gas/Electric Fires in Permanently when your not in the Holiday Accommodation as this is Not considered as fair usage. If it is deemed that fair usage has been exceeded we reserve the rights to demand the guest purchase any replacement gas bottles and reserve the right to deduct money's from the Security Bond to cover additional gas usage.
28. If for any reason you have any problems with Gas,Electric, Water or Boiler or any other concerns Please Contact Us Immediately and we will sort out and resolve any issues you have as soon as we can and will keep you updated with the progress and time into getting the issues resolved.
29. You are also bound to Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Holiday Park you will be staying, Please ensure you ask on arrival for this information.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the Proprietors Discretion.
